Spring is upon us

We’ll surely have a few more snow days before March is over, but this past week of warmer weather and sunshine has us celebrating spring! Springtime celebrations are lovely and call for lovely treats. Easter, Mother’s Day, baby showers, weddings, we hope you’ll think of Simple Sugar for all of your upcoming celebrations. We’d love to provide beautiful treats for your springtime gatherings large and small.

Lately, we’ve been getting lots of requests for cookies. No wonder, with such tempting flavors as soft sugar cookies, mocha shortbread sandwiched with Nutella spread, chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal, ginger with lemon cream cheese, and many more. Cookies are a perfect finger food for those springtime garden parties and after-school gatherings. Cookies make a great hostess gift, especially when they are packaged prettily in a ribbon-adorned box.

We were lucky enough to provide cupcakes for this the much-anticipated annual Deicidue holiday party. We provided whimsical children’s cupcakes, as well as liqueur infused “adult” cupcakes, in flavors like Grand Marnier and Chocolate Cherry Kirsch.
